- Develop scripts for data migration

Operation Support I

Job Description
- Monitor remote robotic systems in various locations
- Check for alerts, reports
- Initial trouble shoot using trouble shooting guide
- Reset the systems remotely and log trouble shooting steps
- If problem can not be solved , escalate to engineering team
Requirements
- Any degree or Diploma
- Work hours 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US PDT)
- Prior night shift call center experience is plus
- Basic computer knowledge
- Spoken English is plus
